Course Description
Students enrolled in College Composition will receive instruction and practice in writing expository prose showing sensitivity to both audience and purpose. Time will be spent in developing the writing skills necessary for success at the college level. Students will spend time in invention, drafting, and revision strategies with instruction in reading critically, analyzing audience, and developing style. Typical assignments will include the personal narrative, profile, documented research, and position genres, among others. \NCAA Approved.
